I use alot of the aqua lifter pumps they make. But it is impossible to find the hanger they make so the pump hangs on the back of the aquarium. So after looking everywhere I sent a email to TOMs asking where these hangers can be bought because I need 8 of them, I got a prompt reply thanking me for be a valued repeat customer and they said they would send me at no charge a box of hangers for all my pumps.
Well today UPS delivered the box of hangers and it was a very fast shipment. And the company informed me that all future aqua lifter pumps would include a hanger in the new packaging. I use these pumps on all my over flow boxes and would not use a over flow box without one they are great.
I just wanted to let everyone know what a great company KOLLERCRAFT (TOM) owner is and would recommend them to anyone for all aquarium products they make.

Yeah. I think the aqua-lift is great for auto stopping and starting the over-flow siphon box during a power failure, great insurance against both flooding and saving the bio if your not home by restarting the sump.

Funny.. I contacted Tom a couple of times last year and never got any response. Good to hear you got your problem solved though.
