Little black bug evrywhere ?

Hi guys , this morning i open the hood on my 3 weeks into the cycle tank and eurk ......... hundreds of little black dot, like little mouse poo ! very small, could it be snail baby ?i have one snail in it (read my snail are tough thread) before you flame me for adding a snail to a cycling tank.

How fast do they move?

I didnt saw them move, but this morning i had a couple of baby fly flying across the room, its winter here so flys are not suppose to be here, maybe it was fly larva ?

I just took a closer look, i dont know if it could be ....... is it snail poo ?? do snails poo ?

The snail poo in my tank is usually greenish-white. Do you get "Car Talk" up there? They have a segment called "Stump the Chumps," and I think you've stumped us.

This is just a guess but could they be salt fly pupae? I don't know if their larvae could have hitch hiked on some live rock?
