Parrot's Feather

That's extremely low light for such a large tank. Anubias and Java Fern should still be okay, but any stem plants would have to be kept floating.

I put Parrots Feather in my 55 with stock lighting when I first set it up just to get some plants in there ( if you look at my avatar you can see a bit of it in that picture) and it grew.

It did have a tendency to want to lose fronds (feathers?) at the bottom and want to grow out of my tank but heck I have a pond full of it so I couldn't really complain stuff grows like a weed in there!

I say give it a try if you have a free or extremely cheap source it is a very durable plant in my experience and if you hate it in your aquarium you can put it in a pond this spring!
