My Milwaukee Reg is on the way. I have been reading that upgrading the needle valve is a great idea, especially to stop EOTD from happening. Will
this work? Trying to keep the cost minimal here...who am I kidding. Like that ever happens.
Here fishy fishy fishy!!!
run the stock needle valve at about 20 PSI.
If anything replace the Low side gauge that comes on the regulator.
I've been using one for about 2 years this way with no issues.
I replaced my gauge with a 0-30 psi model.
this is the one I used

The lower psi seems to cause bad fluctuations with the stock needle valve. cranking the pressure up to about 20 PSI makes it much more stable.
