I have a Golden Apple Snail, I named him Colin, but it appears she is more of a Coleen! I have found a clutch of around 40 pink eggs (most have fallen off the side, about 6 are still attatched)

I know snails can store sperm, but I've had her for around 9 months now, and she has also been rather unwell lately, recovery has been a slow process, and her shell is still really thin in places.

I don't want to keep any potential babies, and I know the eggs which have fallen in will not hatch in the water. What shall I do with them? Will my fish eat them? They were laid today.

Can snails get egg-bound? Could this be what has been making her unwell? (Lethargic, hardly eating, brittle shell)

its an infertile clutch most likely. They can get egg bound and that very well could be teh cause of her lethargy.

yah your fish will love to eat them
