Hey algae suckers what are some good SA cichlids for a 55g?
Green or red terror? Geo jurpari?

Would depend on whether you want to have other fish in the tank and what kind of tank, overall, you're looking for...

What kind of geo? If you are thinking Satanoperca jurupari, Geophagus altifrons, G. abalios, ect you'll need a much bigger tank. If you want something from the earth eater group I'd go with a species of gymnogeophagus.
