ok so i am going to try and breed some german blue rams soon. just got two females from an aquabid seller. nice guy. so i got my male some time about a year and a half ago. he was probably 4 months old that means if im lucky i might get 1 or two spawns out of him before hes to old.
the only prob is that when he was in my only community tank (have about 20 tanks) he ended up losing both his "cadual" fins. i bealive thats the fin.
arent those the fins needed to breed.... without them will they breed?
they were almost 1.5 inches in length. the fin that is. now they might be 1-2cm
