Planted some plants in my aquarium and wondering what to do with the old ceramic pots i was thinking about glueing them together to make a decoration for the tank but im worried the glue will leak chemicals. Any one any ideas what i can do with the pots or what glues are safe for aquarium use. I have some nice glass glue thats water proof but i dunno if its safe for aquariums.

Ditto on the superglue. I've had the best luck with the superglue gel, its easier to work with.

I use Gorilla glue becasue its safe, strong, cures in an hour and water proof once cured. Only thing is becasue it exspends to fill the entire surface area of fracture unlike other glues that spot cure (why its so effective), you may have to clamp or rubber-band the piece together while setting for 30 minutes, then trim off the excess glue that expanded out of the fracture (easy cause its like hard foam) with a razor-blade.

One great thing about Gorilla glue is that because it is a hard foam and trimable and pliable it can withstand shock and stress much better then hard glues and remains permanent until cut apart which means projects can be disassembled without damaging the the pieces or finish involved.

Alway premix Gorilla glue like two-part epoxy with 20% RO water until it begins to get cloudy then its ready to apply to moist surfaces for best results and reaction.
