I just got home from work and noticed one of my Serpae tetra's acting and looking unusual. I kept an eye on him for a few minutes and he's swimming poorly and both his eyes look like they are bulging slightly. He also looks like he's lost color and is kind of grey and looks sort of "frosted". It doesn't exactly look like pictures of ich i've seen, but i haven't ever had it either. Can anyone tell anything from these pics and a possible cure? I have some marycin we used for our betta's popeye but that's all in the house. If this is a good remedy should I treat the main tank? I'm not running carbon atm.

Thanks,

It looks like a fungus i had on my oscar and my black skirts. I used Prime and Aquarium Salt and it went away in a couple days. You should try that.

I don't have prime or aquarium salt so I went ahead and added the myracin per the instructions. It helped my fiance's betta in about a day or two so hopefully it will help in this case. Any other suggestions on medication? I should be able to pick something up tomorrow if he survives the night.
