Considering DPs should be stocked at 3-5g ea, your tank is totally unsuitable for them.

I have 5 in my 29g... they love it!

Fairly active and territorial fish. Might be kept in pairs or groups, but such housing demands a complex enviroment. The tank should be heavily planted/decorated with lots of broken eyelines.
straight from the site on the bottom of your post puffer punk

I'm talking about tank size. I'm sure you'll find the minimum to be way over what you have: http://www.thepufferforum.com/forum/ug.php/v/PufferPedia/Freshwater/C_Travancoricus/?g2_GALLERYSID=20a919f844a656454b8ede94f1ea7c96

Nice try but is's 5g minimum each puffer. 10g don't cost much. ;)

So I opened this thread hoping to see a whack of various puffer pics. My g/f and I love 'em and are really considering puffers down the road. So I hollered for her to come over and look 'cause with 9 replies this was bound to be a puffer pic plethora. Nope, fail! :duh:

Instead Pufferpunk has decided that instead of contributing to the forum, he would take half-a-dozen posts to wag his finger  at a less experienced fish keeper. Now I would suppose this thread has been permanantly jacked and dead-ended. This being the case I will go :OT: too.

I can understand when somebody posts a "Help me am I doing this right?" thread, or a "Here's my tank, whaddaya think?" thread; and if they are doing something grossly wrong, blasting them a bit and trying to set them straight. But this whole site is starting to sound like someone's mother in law. Can some of you not wait to be asked for an opinion before preaching it condescendingly on someone who is new, has great intentions, but just does not know better. This really burns my *** when it turns into a lengthy "you should know better" diatribe; then upon looking closer at the person delivering it, you find out you own t-shirts that have been on this earth longer than the person delivering their "wisdom".

How's about if someone wants a Gallery or collection of pics we either contribute or at least stay on topic with the banter? There are plenty of other Threads where you nagging-Nelly's can preach until you are blue in the face. Now I am stuck walking a tightrope above a pit of hypocrisy in order to try to keep things light, positive and welcoming for all experience levels.

Can we still save this thread and see some amazing puffers or did the trolls kill another one? :hypnotized:

If you saw someone keeping a dog chained to a 2' leash, day & night, would you wait until they asked you if you thought the chain was too short? C'mon now, it is our responsibility to be sure the creatures we love are well cared for & if not--say something!

Nice show Pufferpunk, the 4th pic is awesome, I love how the rainbow gravel actually, for once, looks well placed and really makes the red eyes pop. I think I can identify most of the different types, but just for the sake of puffer newbies, can you list the ones you have kept? If you are not all out of pics maybe you can show some more and maybe that would be enough to coax other puffer fans to share their pictures too. Really hope to see more.

LOL, the only reason I use crappy rainbow-colored gravel for my fahaka was to try & get him to bring out those gorgeous maroon stripes I see on so many other fahakas. Didn't work & now I'm stuck with it. Not sure where the gravel for the turgidus came from.

C coronata
C valentini
A modestus
M turgidus (Brown)
T nigroviridis (GSPs)
T fluviatilis (Ceylon)
T miurus (Congo)
M turgidus
T lineatus (Fahaka)

I've had many more but haven't taken pics of them all. Here's probably my favorite, of my baby burrfish, Devlin:
