Ok, All of my LFS's have really nice looking LT anenomes. They sit on the bottom, almost a little burried in the substrate and open up nice and flat and large on the tank bottom. Mine however refuses to A. Stay in one place in the tank. B. Lay flat and open up. Why is this? I tried to bury a lil of it in the sand but it just comes out? Any ideas?

Anenomes move around until they find a place that meets their flow and lighting needs. Since at last report, your tank was cycling, it's probably trying to find some clean water.

Never buy an animal and expect it to display the same behavior as it does in the store. Stores do not set sale tanks up for long term maintenance. You should research the animal before purchase.

Well i have been reading a lot of books about em, but i am finding that they dont list a lot of display characteristics. My Clarkii has taken to him over the last few days, and even attacked my hand when cleaning the glass near it.
Just wondering what caused em to open up like that, since i havent been able to find any information on it.
