Disinfecting aquarium supplies with bleach

So I need to clean my siphons since I used them in a tank with ich and I have bleach, but I am unsure on how to do this. I have a five gallon bucket that I will be bleaching it in. I don't think pure bleach would be ideal, what kind of bleach/water ratio should I use and how long should I let it sit?
 
a 20:1 ratio of water:bleach will do the trick, rinse well, and let it dry completely. Or, if you choose to use it right away, rinse it in a triple-dose of dechlorinator and water.
 
I used to use bleach to disinfect my aquarium equipment, not anymore. I use Hydrogen Peroxide, which will decompose into H2O and O2.
