I had a powerfilter die on me this morning, or close to it. The sponges clog up and makes a lot of noise so I normally clean it and put it back and it works.
However today I got lazy and just unplugged it and tonight I was going to clean it. I take it out and the side of it (about 6-7 inches long) is a giant batch of angel eggs!
I have 8 angels in the tank that are about ... 3-4 inches tall, I've had them for about 9 months now?
i didnt try to breed them, but I thought I had a pair forming. I didnt plan or want to have any baby angels so I don't have a hatching tank or anything but still think its pretty cool.
Just wanted to say yay to people that know what that feels like, and I kinda hope some of them make it now but with a BGK, it might be doubtful. I also didn't notice until I took the filter out of the water for a few minutes, and I just read that isnt good for them either, but we'll see.
