They carry it in pond supply places and places that sell water purification supplies.
Dilute it in water so that you get a pink solution. Dip the plants in for a few minutes, then rinse them off with water. You probably will want to wear gloves or use some tongs since the solution can dye your skin. Remember to remove the weights and the dead parts.
