Has anyone used these fixtures? I'd like to know what the quality is like?

I like that you can link them together

heard good things,,,
i just fitted my old 24 inch flores single tube light with 4 cfls,,, awesome light cost me 25 bucks,,, cant beat it... there are couple forums on here have complete easy instructions... dont think i will ever buy new light again...
 
there are retro fit kits you can get to upgrade to either PCL or T-5

you can also DIY using the spiral CFL bulbs(a few threads in this section on it.

CFL is the cheapest way to get light in the tank. PCL and T-5 with good reflectors is more efficient but also more costly
