When you clean your FX5 do you take the whole canister to the sink, dump it, clean it all out (accept bio media) and then put it back? Or do you remove the lid in place, remove the basket assembly, clean that all out (again sans bio media) and put it back together?
I was thinking it might be ok to just do the basket thing but I have always taken the whole canister to the tub and dumped it.
