Orchestra/classical fans?

I dunno if this is what your looking for, but I love symphony orchestra. But I dont know the names of anyone group in particular. But as far as good listing go, try soundtracks like,
"Far and Away"
"7 Years in Tibet"
"Brave-Heart"
"Legion of the Falls"
"Interview with a Vampire"
"Dragon Heart"

Beautiful music. They are many more, but I am having a massive brain fart.

I adore classical, opera, jazz, etc. I don't have any good recommendations but I am an NPR junkie and find that they introduce me to alot of things that I wouldn't typically encounter.

x2 :)

I'm a "lapsed" cellist, and my partner is a professional (classical) pianist, so I get to hear lots of fabulous music. I'm particularly fond of Liszt, Debussy, and Brahms. Oh!--and Grieg... and Mendelssohn... and Bach... I'm gonna go ahead and stop now. :)

Been obsessed with this piece for the past few months now...

Ooo! Shosti! Have you heard some of his chamber works? Not as "accessible" as the orchestral stuff the first time you listen, but very, very cool pieces. I love this quintet:
