Found this guy in my tank today never seen him before ... The tank was given to me a few months ago by a co worker. I removed everything, changed substrates and planted it . This one must have been trapped in the hollow White deckoration and I think my frontosas freed him when they dug beneath. He has never been seen till today . Crazy. Can anyone identify this fish?

Yeah the tank was established when he gave it to me but we drained it and I redid almost everything . He had to have been in the white ornament. It has a 1" hole in the bottom and a niny hole in the top . He must have been living on algae. I'm gonna name him lucky. Thank goodness the frontosas like to dig.

I agree with Pitt; N. buescheri "Gombe" to be more specific, IMO. Check it out:

Yep that's him. Thanks can't find him now. He must have gone back into that ornament.
