I ordered frontline + & saved $60-$80 for a 12mo supply! just received one 6pack due to a glitch they say in their system. hmmm. hope the 2nd pack comes otherwise this would be a real rip!
so wondering if anyone else order from them.

contact them give them some time to correct the problem. also its a good idea to pay with credit cards that have great online protection. most do. if it doesnt come you can contact the credit card over it and dispute it.

I did email them, they continue to apologize due to technical difficulties in their shipping system. they said if I need urgently they can ship right away, if not they will ship next week. I emailed back sayiny yes it's urgent, plse send right away. have given them a month already. so receiving 1/2 my order is for sure better than nothing.
hmmm... if they fail to send the 2nd pack then the cost will = what one can get in the states.

forgot to update. I did receive the 2nd portion of my order shortly after my posting. so I highly recommend for their savings on brand name products!

Hi Sushiray, I stumbled across your post looking for frontline plus at a decent price. I too came across budgetpetcare.com and then saw your updated post about pets-megastore.com.au. I have gotten leery ordering online due to the counterfeit frontline plus being sold. If you have time, can you read this short article about how to determine if a product is bogus and let me know if your frontline meets the true product criteria? Thanks so much and if it is real, then what a deal! Here is the link: http://www.epa.gov/opp00001/factsheets/petproduct.htm#legitimate

DO NOT order from these people. Like other posters, I also ordered a 1 year supply of Frontline, received a 6 month supply (seems to be a pattern here, no?), but didn't notice right away. Budgetpetcare stuck to their 5 day (five days!!) policy and refused to make it right. Seems to me they should be able to check in their system and verify that they shipped the order incorrectly. RIP OFF!!!!
