So I came home and my tiny Rubberlip Pleco is out in the open on it's side, almost dead like! Otherwise, he/she looks fine.
What could be wrong?!?

is the tank planted? your readings should not be 0.0.0 unless it's either heavily planted, or you are not cycled. No Nitrates = No Cycle.

Agreed. What are you using to test?

Is he still moving though? Sometimes they just get into weird positions.

Breathing rapidly or normal?

He is dead.
All my tanks are heavily planted, thus 0s across the board.

He was breathing a little faster than normal, he looked totally fine physically last night.
This morning, the base of his dorsal fin was red and his tummy, which is normally white, was very dark, like he started decomposing or something like that from the inside out.
