will they eat all other snails? i have several nertile snails and dont want to add tem to the tank that has assasin snails for fear the nertiles will get eaten. Do the assisins only eat smaller snails or is it any that they come across?

Assassins will eat larger snails. I do not keep any snails I don't want eaten with my assassins.

i have had nerites leave the tank when i added the assasins, they will eat any snail they catch..

Some say they won't touch nerites, I heard cases of briggs/mystery snails. I forgot I had one nerite snail when I set up my assassin snail tank, and well weeks later I found an empty shell.

i dont think the people who say they wont wouch them is correct. i have kept them together for a long time with out much of a problem but i do have many other snails for them to eat. if you are really worried dont take the risk.

i bought the assasins to get a handle on my common pond snail populaton. I can probably move the assasins to a smaller tank if i have to.
