How well do the light reflectors that you put above your light work? My LFS wants 22 bucks for one!! Is it worth it?

what type of material is it?
IMHO if its not polished aluminum (Mirror like finish)
then you are better off just using white paint...
the polished reflectors are definately (IMO) worth the $$$

Yeah for the clip-on SLRs for T5s that's about the going rate.
