So I have 2 comet goldfishes and 1 ryukin in a 50 gallon tank.
And then in the morning, I noticed that my ryukin was sitting on the bottom of the tank.
Later in the afternoon, it was still sitting in the tank, and one of the comet goldfish was too. When they saw me both of them got hyper and started swimming a lot.
I added some aquarium salt, and this seemed to improve things. My comet goldfish never sat on the tank again. But the ryukin still does, just not as often.
I've had them for about a month. They live in a 50 gallon tank. The pH level and tank temperature is fine. They eat the normal amount of food.

Can somebody please tell me what's wrong?

Last time something similar happened, and one of my fishes died 2 days later!

Not a goldie expert..but it may help if you post some more information.

Using a good liquid test kit, post your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings, please.

Also, tell us something about your water change and maintenance routine.

If nothing else for now, I would at least do a 50% water change and be sure to use a water conditioner like Prime.
