Clownfish question ASAP HELP

My buddy has a clarkii clown in a 20 G long FOWLR

he noticed a small little red dot on the jaw about a week ago. It has since progressed and he says now the whole lower jaw is **** near gone?

what is happening to this fish?

His other tomato clown thats in there and Niger trigger are doing fine.

tank set up about 1 1/2 months
Emperor 280 for filtration

Lost in a jaw-locking competition with the frenatus? Clowns don't usually get along. What are the relative sizes?

May also be some kind of infection. Either way, it seems like a good idea to get the clarkii out of the tank and treat it with antibiotics.

he removed it and put it in a lil tank all by itself, but its not eating n e thing. What kind of meds do u recommend? if its lower jaw is gone, will it grow back? sounds kinda stupid to ask, not many creatures grow such significant parts of their body back :-/

The jaw will not grow back. It's been so long since I've had to treat with antibiotics that I'll leave that to another poster.

Does your friend have a larger tank for that trigger?
