CO2 and Filters

I am currently running a Rena filstar xp3 and a emperor 400 on a 75 gallon tank with pressurized co2. I was just reading how the emperor 400 lets the co2 out with surface agitation. So my question is will the Rena filtar xp3 be enough filtration for a 75 gallon tank with 6 angelfish , 6 corycats and about 18 zebra danios?
 
Probably enough filtration, but not enough circulation.
 
If you need enough water circulation without causing surface agitation, you can get a submersible power head like the Rio or an oscillating power head like the Hydor Koralia that you can attach inside the tank's rear glass about 6 inches or lower.
