I`ve been lurking around for a couple of months and decided to finally join. Looking forward to continuing to learn lots for everyone on here. I currently have one 10 gallon with a few guppies and a couple of khuli loaches and a 20 gallon long with a veil tail betta and 5 siamese algea eaters.

WELCOME! Might I recommend adding a few more kuhli loaches to your 10 gallon tank? They are SO much happier in groups of at least 6, and you will get to see them a lot more.I have kuhlis myself, and love the little boogers.
Thanks for the suggestion. I`ll definitely take a look and see if my not so local LFS has more when I go.
You might want to consider moving the kuhlis to the 20g. As BioHazard pointed out, they do best in schools of six. They also love lots of swimming space, especially for the crazy-mad dancing and dashes they do when happy. (Many loach lovers recommend a 20g long as the smallest tank for kuhlis.) Btw, kuhlis and bettas generally make very good tankmates!

I just wanted let you guys know that I got 6 more loaches and moved the two I had into my 20 gallon.
