please don't put guppies.

assuming your tank is around 12 x 6 x 7, i would say any
1.peaceful fish(if you want a few).
2.too big(preferably small, maybe Cory Panda?)
3.not nippers(ignore if you don't have betta or guppy)
4.fish that have minimal movements(no tiger barbs please)

IMHO, a pair of blue rams would be nice.

tough one...a plant, maybe? I've never had a tank that small with anything other than a betta in it... (I've seen the box a 2 gallon comes in; the picture shows a school of gouramis in it....come on now....)

Maybe a single chinese sucker or cory cat would work...

my mistake. you can put guppies.

i mentioned "don't put guppies" as i thought you had a Betta in there already.

you can put a few male guppies in there and it'll look great!

2g is way too small to keep a cichlid.....

maybe 2\3 mountain minnows???

territorial fish is a no-no. after claiming the whole tank they'd still be craving for some more space. :p

A couple of neons and a cory cat.
