Now if i did the conversion right...


10 galons is roughly 35kg, and 20 Gal is roughly 75kgs.

I guess I would need something that could hold at least this much to put either tank on right?

The place where I thought I found a nice stand for my unit seems to hold a max of 50kg. So that only my 10gal tank would work with that.

Are my conversions correct? WIthout including weight of the rock and such, just the water by itself.

So I guess I should look for a stand that can hold at least 100kg-200lbs?

1 gallon of water is 8.3 lbs (3.8 Kg). So your calculations are good. I would make sure that a stand could hold at least 200 lbs for a 20 gallon.
