bredding convicts? not sure the species?

I have a 125 gallon tank, in it i have one black convict and two what i was told are "pink convicts"??? At another store they were labled "Parrots". Anyone know what they are? Differnt body and fins than the black convict.

The two pink ones are building nests and their bellies have recently been a bright orange. The black convict swims from nest to next. They both have laid eggs but have ended up eating them within a few days, whats goin on???

Im new to the fish world so any advise would help, thanks!

My guess is that they are albino convicts. I had a bunch of them a while back (15 years or so). If you look closely you will most likely see some orangish markings that are very similiar to the other black convict.
