Yes, me new! Looking to learn more. We have 6 11 year old+ golden fish in a 120g pond. Abundant spawn last week. We removed the eggs and placed them in a 10g aquarium with pond water. How eggciting to watch them hatch yesterday! About 50 an hour. Guessing we have about 400+ 2 day old fry now. I think I should bring in another tank (20g). What about ammonia? I have temporarily removed the filter in the pump, and turned it off, as they were being thrown around and in to the pump unit. I added an air stone today. I fed them a pinch of crushed flakes one time today. When can I feed them live bloodworms or brine shrimp? They are so much more active today than they were yesterday. They look like fleas jumping around in the tank. Expert suggestions welcomed. We are going to sell them for a fundraiser when mature enough. What is their growth cycle like? What age is safe to transfer them to a new family?
