My New 28g LED Nano Cube

I have just ordered My New 28g LED Nano Cube. Hopefully i will receive it on Friday.

I want to use live sand and live rock from my 60g tank. Will be transfering all the corals: frogspawn, hammerhead, toadstool, polyps, zoas, mushrooms. Fish: pair of clowns, lawnmower, one bangaii cardinal, yellow watchman, royal gramma.

If i use live rock, sand, and water from the current setup, can i transfer corals and fish right away??? or should i let the system run for a day or so???

pls advice!
 
this is the first time i've heard of someone actually downsizing their tank lol. If your moving all the liverock and sand from the other tank I think you'd be alright. I'd however run the new tank with some old tank water (like from a WC) for a few days and then move everything.
 
Yeah i'd let the tank run for a week or so before adding in fish and corals. but if you add about 50%+ of other tank water into it then it should be pretty set with live rock and sand and also maybe a little used filter media to make it more safe.
