Right now I have a 10 gallon reef which In a few weeks I plan on upgrading to a 20 or 29gallon.

Right now with the 10gallon I have a
aquaclear 50 and a Koralia Nano running on it for circulation

My girlfriend has bought me another nano and I was wondering if I should use the other nano for more flow?

What do you guys think or would It be way to much movement?

Yes, yes, yes, yes and yes for more flow. There's really no such thing as "too much flow". You inhabitants would normally be subjected to stronger currents in the wild.

I would set them up in a figure-8 sort of pattern. One on the far side, point towards the front, and then one towards the front pointing towards the back. Then place your corals (if you have any) in the appropriate flow.

No stress, just relaxation and growth!

as long as it's not direct, laminar flow, more is always better.
