feed up with marmorkreb

i officially give up, ive had my marmorkreb for several months, ive watched her berry several times, and than find her 3 weeks into holding and the next day her eggs are gone. i was going to sell her but i thought, ill give her one more chance. it took 2 months for her to berry again. that was about 3 days ago, i look in the tank about 5 minutes ago, and i see her, tail lifted in the air, legs plucking the eggs off her tail, handing them to her frontmost legs and putting them in her mouth. there goes another clutch of eggs, i dont know what else there is to do for her, she refuses to eat much when holding eggs, and ive been told to add more hiding spots, the tank was loaded with spots to hide, and she never left them. and she eats the eggs even quicker this time. im sick of it. shes going.

dont get me wrong, shes a beautiful crayfish and i love to watch the big blue beast go through her daily activities. but my main purpose in buying her was to have baby crays to feed my other fish and raise a few out to sell to my lfs. and she fails to do that.

does anyone else have this experience?
