i am attempting to best position 2 waterjets in my 29 gallon nano reef tank for optimum waterflow. I want to make sure there are no dead zones. Is the bottom the best? the top? I have one Koralia nano (240 gph) and one Koralia 1 (flow rate 1500 l/h 400 gph)
thanks

I would put them at opposite sides, one towards the front and one towards the back of the tank. Then I'd place one near the top pointing downwards and one at the bottom pointing upwards so that the water flow will crash into each other causing turbulence.
That should limit any dead areas, though you may have to tweak it a little.
Hope this helps!

are you saying to use 4 water jets total, or can I stay with 2?

Stay with 2, just put them in total opposite places and direct them at each other.
Looking at the tank, on left side, put the first ph towards the top of the tank, in the corner closest to you and point it down and back towards the middle of the tank. On the right side, put the ph at the back of the tank near the bottom, and direct it up and frontward, towards middle. Does that make sense?
