So I went out of town Friday for my sisters college graduation with berried females... I come back Sunday night and there seem to be less berried females I assumed that the females just dropped them... Drop some zucchini in and low and behold my first RCShrimplets..

Congratulations! (Actually, I'm quite jealous. I've been waiting months for babies to show up. Guess all my RCS are girls.) I hope you have continued good luck.

Last night after a water change I caught a female being smashed in between two males. I thought they were eating a dead one as I looked closer I realized the female was still alive. I can only assume they were in the midst of mating.

Most likely. I was scooping some out for someone and as soon as I dropped a male in the container, he immediately grabbed a female and started mating.

I was waiting months for my first shrimplets , but now i have at least a hundred with 12 more berried females, was 18 last week, the tank is covered with the little guys.. Its amazing. hope u get more soon.
