Which AC foam will fit a Penguin 125?

does anybody know this... I would guess a 200 or 300? I definitely don't want it to be too small and then have to buy another one :p

I use AC 300 foam... if I recall correctly, it had to be trimmed a bit. Don't know about the 200 foam...
