Something very cool happenned while I was treating my albino cories for what appeared to be a fungal infection I noticed yesterday in the plastic ice bucket what looked to be white eggs.

I treated the cories with pimafix for seven days I had a bubbler in the bucket I did not have a thermometer but when I did wc's I tried to keep the water pretty tempid not too cool.

I noticed the eggs when I was transferring the cories back to my main tank unfortunately I could not keep the eggs they are white in color so I read that means they were not fertilized as yet. I have had these cories for a few months never saw eggs probably the females laid them and they were being eaten. Here is a pic of the eggs pretty cool :).

I have a school of about 8 cories in my 55gal and a couple of months ago I decided to move my 55gal into the pet room. So I moved all my fish into empty 10gals and saved as much tank water as I could. The cories were in an unheated 10gal for over two hours until I had gotten the 55gal set back up again. The next day I looking in the fish tank and there was eggs on the glass. I was figuring they spawned because of the drop of temperature from what I read on the net. I had had the cories in the 55gal a year prior to me moving it so it makes sense that it would be the temp. I had to scrape the eggs off the glass because of my MTS and betta were eating them but I saved about six eggs and plopped them in a container with an air stone and they all hatched. It was very exciting I must say.

Mine did the same thing after the temp shot down for 3 days then came back up.
