Me, too!

What type of octopus is that? Like Jayghmi, I didn't know any octo. species could be kept in home aquaria.

out of all the "pusses" ive seen (not saying tank or anything) i definitly like the colors and look of yours the most man. Very nice.. you have my dream tank.

is it a tropical octo or do you have a chiller?

Everything in this tank is going we are piecing it out starting tomorrow. We decided to buy a smaller place and I want to get a tank that I can fit into my dining room wall at the new place.
There is no chiller he is Tropical. I have had multiple Octopus and none of them have tried to climb out. THere are 10 small perculas, 2 orange spot file fish, a few different hawks, a blue brested trigger in the tank along with MANY other ornamental marine fish
I feed him by hand chunks of Original Blend Rod's Food

Awesome octi it's too bad they have such a short lifespan they would be about the perfect marine critter to keep.

I was just looking for a good-sized premo rock or two to add to what I already have in my tank. 10-20 lbs at the most. If you've found a buyer to take it all, then sell it. ;)
Since we both live in Raleigh, I would have just preferred to go and pick up a piece or two rather than have it shipped. It would be a couple of weeks before I'd be able to get it anyway. Lots of other financial obligations and a beach vacation coming up for me. :)

No Im not in Raleigh anymore. Used to live off kent road near garmn street is what I was saying.
I can ship priority mail 2 days to you the rock and it will be just fine

i've seen on you tube where people taught there octopuss to open jars by placing crabs (food) in the jars. Have you tried this?
