Hi Every body!
I have an Albino Cory that's about 4 years old. In the last few weeks, he started to lay upside down in the corners of the tank or wedging himself behind the filters. This is his life now. His breathing seems to be normal most of the time, but on occasion, I need to prod him gently to make sure he is OK. When I do this, he freaks out and swims wildly around the tank for a couple of minutes.
Then, he's back to the same behavior. His fins have been slowly deteriorating over the past couple of years but that never seemed to be a problem. Also, his eyes have bulging more than normal. I never see him eat, but as I said, this has been going on for sometime so he must be eating. I have a 46 gallon community tank and none of the other fish are affected. The water quality is well within the normal parameters as is the temperature. Anyone have a clue?? If so, please reply to the following email address.
Thanks,
