From the looks of it, it could be either aiptasia or one of the heteractis species which is not harmfull. Did you get this rock from the store? If so, you could go back and take a look at the rest of the tank to see if there is any more of them in there. In the mean time, you need to get it out of the bag. If you have a samll container and an air pump, you can place it in there to get some water circulation going.
