I put these in when the ligths are out for my pleco and my 2" dempsey eats also. is this good for one of his meals. i will feed him something else in the mouring (shirmp pellerts, frozen brine shrimps, or some kind of cichlid pellet) is this enough variety and ok to feed him that once a day for a meal? is 2 meals a day fine or should i bump it up to 3?
