I got a small frag of "snake coral." I don't have a real name for it, but the tube is a pinkish color that's about an inch or so long, and the poylp at the end is a green color.
Does anyone know what the real name for this is, or have any info on care for it?
TIA!

Frogspawn?
Never heard of a snake coral and apparently google hasn't either. All I got were pics of coral snakes :)
Edit: Found it. Google Isaurus tuberculata and you'll find some info that should help you care for them. Interesting coral.

That's what Google and Yahoo found for me, too. LOL
You must be a better searcher than I am... I went through pages of stuff and couldn't find anything. :(
Thanks for the help, yet again, Greech!!!

Awesome stuff... I was afraid it was dead/dying, as it always faces down and I never see it's polyps, but apparently that's just the way it does.
I'll have to check on it tonight after I feed it.
I'll post some pix, too, if I can get some decent ones.
Thanks again!
