API Liquid Super Ick Cure. It wasn't on the list of treatments. Its active ingredients are Benzaldehyde Green and PVP.

Sounds odd to me. Benzaldehyde green is just a synonym for ordinary Malachite green according to everything I've read, and PVP is used in water conditioners as sort of a stress coat type thing, take a look at the entry for Kent Pro Tech Coat Freshwater: http://www.thetropicaltank.co.uk/rev-cond.htm

The problem is that I'm just about out of aquarium salt, the kosher salt I have is Morton's with anti-caking agent, and our table salt is some kind of low sodium blend that's probably not healthy for fish.
The Morton's is fine. The anti-caking agents and iodine in food quality salt are not harmful, despite persistant myths to the contrary.
