How much feeding is the right amount?

I hope my questions aren't a bit redundant for the pros out there.

I have 2 young Parrots, 2 young Geo Jurapari's, 2 Albino cats, 1 young shark cat.
These guys are in a 36 gallon bow tank.

Somewhere down the road, it's my intention to get a 90 or maybe larger tank.

I have a Fluval 204 and an Emperor 280 filter on the tank. My water is perfect in every way.
The ONLY food I give my fish are Color bits.

How much and how often would you feed my fish?

I feed my fish as much as they can eat in 2 min once a day. I have never had any overfeeding problems with tank or water. 90G

i do as mush they can eat in 2min every other day but i have a 10g and only 3 fish (that eat the flakes) and in my Q tank i do 2min everyday ( its got 6 guppys in it)

I feed my guys every two days but only what they can eat in about 1 minute or so.
