I have a 2M/6F breeding colony of Albino bristlenose
but the tank looks bland and I wanted to add some other fish/shrimp without disturbing the breeding
any ideas ?

My breeding colony of L144's is just a little bit bigger than yours. I have them in a heavily planted 75G tank. I do remove the babies after they hatch for better feeding/survival rate, so I don't worry too much about tiny baby plecos at risk of getting eaten. I'm keeping a nice size group of ember tetras, a pair of SAE's, some otos, 5 albino cories, and a small group of sterbai cories (adults and hatching young), as well as some cherry shrimp and several amano shrimp in there without problems. I do keep a very close eye once the eggs hatch that dad's long fins don't accidentally sweep a newly hatched fry out of the cave since I have since an ember gobble up a tiny, tiny newly hatched fry with the egg sac. I definitely wouldn't keep anything bigger than an ember tetra in there since the bigger the fish...the bigger the mouth to eat fry. The other fish don't bother with the pleco fry.
