By the description, I would say it is Zoa Pox. It is bad. I have heard a Lugols (iodine) dip will help as will a freshwater dip, but that is only what I read, never tried it myself or even had that problem. I have FW dipped zoas to get rid of nudibranchs though and the zoas did fine dipping in FW for up to 3 minutes. Just make sure the FW temp and pH are the same as your tank. The white dots could be Nudibranch eggs as well.

ok i have looked at you link about zoa pox..but that's not what mine look like..my lumps on my coral are on the rock they are atached to not the coral itself..they are about a half of an inch long..they are white and fuzzy like cotton..they either look like die off or new growth..not for sure..but they kind of look like the coral buds but white in color...

Sponges? Did you just add the frags or have you had the zoas for a while? Thinking sponges but also could be hydroids. Are the clusters coming out of a hard tube that is attached to the rock or to the rock themselves. How big are they in diameter?

they are about a half in. long by quarter of an in. wide..they look like poly buds that have closed up and turned white...almost like they are in a cacoon...

thad does look very similer...i do have a few aiptasae in the tank..i was wondering if it's not the spounges if it could be that the aiptasae stung some of the polps and they died? does this make sense? i bet they are pineapple spounges...are they bad?

No pineapple sponges are not bad and will come and go. It's possible the aptasia stung the zoas but I'm guessing that isn't the issue. Look under overhangs and dark areas and you will probably see more sponges.

Could just be a little mold, get a turkey baster and try to blast it off, if not, it could be the sponges or the zoa pox.
