shipping and handling to hawaii?

know of any place that has cheap shipping and handling to hawaii? i was looking for a basic catalouge kinda like dr fosters and smiths that sold various aquarium products. shipping out to hawaii is crazy and would like to save on that so any suggestions would be a great help

Sorry--I think most places stateside are going to be pretty expensive on shipping to the islands. Just a matter of fact--all shipping companies lose money sending things over the ocean, because planes would rather take people.
