I uploaded some new pics of my fully stocked tank. Well, at least for now. I plan on possibly adding a school of Rummynose tetras and that's it.

Very cool! Even though they are fake plants it still looks awesome! Good job.... corner tanks are hard to aquascape! :)

They are fake plants? They look very authentic-ish, if they are fake you did a really good job aquascaping them as if they were real.

Thanks for the compliments. Yes, they are all fake and easier to tell that they are fake in person. It's my first aquarium and so I was skeptical about going planted. I want to have a better sense of what occurs in my tank with just fish before I try to maintain an environment with plants as well. Maybe for my next tank I'll go planted. The wealth of knowledge on this board is tremendous and I know it wouldn't be possible without the info right here.
Thanks to everyone!

What filtration, etc are you using? I'm looking for a similar sized corner tank.
Thanks
PS. Beautiful tank!!!

I have a Rena XP2 Canister Filter and I'm using an Ebo Jager 125W heater. I like the canister filter for the corner tanks because you can conceal the filter pieces much easier. The XP2s are well built and relatively quiet. If you do a search on the forum, you'll find a lot of good info on the filters. It seems that Ebo Jager has a good reputation for accuracy and reliability with their heaters, which is what you want in a heater. I've had no problems with mine and has been very precise so far.
My tank is made by All-Glass Aquariums and seems to be very well built. I like the fact that the top is completely enclosed with a versa-hood(glass top) and a piece of black plastic to cover the corner section of the top. The plastic section can be cut to fit filters, etc.
I'd recommend this tank, but it can be a bit pricey considering it's not a standard size tank.. I went looking for a used tank before I bought new. In my area I found 1 30g corner bow and it was sold by the time I was able to get in contact with the seller.

nice job on the tank...
I thought I saw 5 angels in the pictures but you say there are only 2 in the list at the top:confused:
two marble, two albino, and one normal striped

That is so weird. My lfs guy told me not to put angels in with cardinals because the angels will eat them. Have you had any trouble? The tank looks great!

Some of these LFS people really don't know what they are talking about. This guy told me once that I should not have small fish like neons or cardinals with yo-yo loaches because the loaches will eat them. Meanwhile, I already had a few yo-yos and fish slightly bigger than cardinals and I never once had a problem. I was going to tell him that what he said was not true, but my dad was in the car and I wanted to go home.;)

I think there is some truth to what you have heard from the LFS guys. I personally have had no problems with my Cardinals and Angels. Then again, my Cardinals are all a pretty good size at about 1.5 to 2.0 inches in length. Now, I have seen Cardinals that are significantly smaller at about 1/2 inch in length that I can see the Angels going after. I think a lot just depends on the size of the Angels in relation to the Cardinals. Hopefully, there will be no problems when my Angels get bigger.

My angel fights with my ram but never once touched my tiny little rasboras i put in with him (and he's a fair size). They were like 1/2 inch max when i added them.
I guess it all depends on the angel.

Tank looks great.
I had one of those white tuffa rocks before though, and the thing turned a rainbow of colors - no idea why. It had everything from bright neon green, brown, BLUE (don't ask lol), grey, yellow... I have no idea where it all came from, figured it just bacteria and algae whatnot... but it looked bad so I yanked it out :p
