Hey :)
If I was to breed BNs in a 15g, could I keep RCS in there without any problems ? Thanks

I don't see why you couldn't. If you leave any eggs in the tank, the only ones that the shrimp will bother (if they find them) will be the non-viable ones.

I read the thread title and went "What the ...:hypnotized: :nono:". Then I read your post.
Oh yeah...+1.

I was more concerned about the BNs killing or eating the RCS :P any thoughts?

No problem in keeping the two together. I keep several RCS and babaulti with my BN and ABN fry without issue and also keep them with adult BN/ABN. It has not affected the population or propagation.

I agree. The bristlenose are not going to bother the shrimp. I keep them together as well.

My BN's coexist with RCS, a 15 gallon is too small for a BN breeder, try going 20.

Thanks everyone :) it's a custom tank so it has a large foot print. It is a shallow tank.

My BN's are perfectly happy with my shrimp. I have 6 different kinds including Ghosts (who I was kinda worried that they would try to eat the eggs) but the papa pleco is an amazing dad and won't let any of them near his clutch!
