Got this guy not too long ago, he's about 4-5 inches now and growing quick on a variety of pellets/floating food and frozen bloodworms. is it still too early to tell if male or female?? and i'm curious what type of flowerhorn, a ZZ maybe? I know it can be hard nowadays to really pin down a definite strain of these hybrids. Thx!

Looks a ZZ to me maybe a medium grade? Def check MFK there are a ton of flower horn keepers on the site that can help you.

Def a male, I can see his "spur" now. KOK finally coming out! Hows everyone think he coming along? He's about 4" now.

Wow he grew a lot!
I love his coloration, it really brings out the water spots! :evil_lol:
